SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us at BosTerry! We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy below for information on how to handle misprinted, damaged, defective items, as well as issues with shipments and returns.

Return Policy

1.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged :​​​​​​

  • Any claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • If you notice any issues with the products or order contact support@bosterry.com

2. Lost Packages :

  • All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact support@bosterry.com

  • Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered.  There's no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

3. Insufficient/Wrong Address

  • If an address provided by you is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned.

  • You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you

Shipping Policy

1. At BosTerry each item is created per order so please allow 3-5 business days for printing before shipping.

2. Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
